    NADP Member: $100 | Non Member: $195

With the monumental Supreme Court decision on King v. Burwell in the rear view mirror, attention now turns to impending HHS rules and legal issues impacting doing business in Medicaid and Exchange markets in the future. While King v. Joanne Zimolzak, partner in the insurance practice at Dentons, will provide an in-depth look at the legal landscape impacting exchanges and the individual/small group markets. While not all dental plans participate in public programs, the impact will still be felt as regulatory changes could increase dental plan reporting responsibilities, require participation in quality improvement projects, and step-up scrutiny on plan progress in improving access and outcomes. Leading this discussion is Mr. Dennis Smith, Principal at Dentons, who was previously the longest serving Director of Medicaid at CMS in U.S. history.
