Transparency in Dental: Deliver the tools and clarity that plan sponsors expect and members want
Discover how you can differentiate your product offering while empowering members to make better healthcare decisions.
The healthcare market isn’t immune to consumer expectations inherent in today’s digital world. Dental administrators who deliver on these expectations can set themselves apart from competitors. By offering an objective, data-driven platform for assessing provider quality, your dental plan members can broaden their understanding beyond the online review sites that they frequently visit. This can make them more informed when selecting a new dental provider.
In this LIVE Fluent webinar, in partnership with NADP, we will show you how to give consumers what they want and how you can stand out with brokers, consultants and plan sponsors. We’ll cover:
- Ways to evolve and differentiate your value proposition through tools that enable greater transparency, member engagement, and oral health promotion.
- Broker and consultant expectations about value differentiators, RFP responses and finalist presentations, and how your competitors are innovating to meet new expectations.
- The changing consumer experience and how it impacts dental plan member expectations.
- The impact that widely available quality review sites are having on member decisions.
