Navigating the Complexities of Credentialing
Credentialing is an important component of a payer’s network; the process is important to uphold high-quality patient care by ensuring the providers' qualifications, training, licensure, and ability to practice medicine are all up to date. Over time, this process has become arduous and more complex, some of this due to the outdated paper credentialing process, and of course staff shortages across the healthcare system, When provider data is out-of-date, missing, or incomplete it prolongs the process. This webinar will cover ways to combat these challenges using intuitive tools that will improve turnaround times, reduce the percentage of incomplete or inaccurate applications, and automate notifications and alerts.
