Richard Wiedenbeck is the senior vice president and chief AI officer at Ameritas. He is responsible for driving higher levels of efficiency, productivity, and revenue through the use of Analytics, Insights, Automation, Artificial Intelligence, and Experiences that matter. He is a member of the executive management team at Ameritas helping to build the company’s vision and strategy. Richard was in the CIO role at Ameritas for the 12 years before this new role, with responsibility for all technology enterprise wide, leading the company wide transformation program, creating the first data & analytics capability, the executive sponsor for driving value from the companyʼs investments in projects, and was active in the companyʼs business strategies, brand, and results. Prior to joining Ameritas, Richard led the insurance division for two global software firms, was a global financial service leader in a top 5 international consulting company, worked for major corporations such as TRW, Boeing, and RR Donnelley & Sons, as well as created a start-up niche technology consulting company that he grew to $35 million in revenues before exiting. Richard is an energetic executive with a track record of solid accomplishments in all aspects of business, from strategy to operations. He excels at creating high-performing teams. He has been a frequent speaker on the future of IT, the future of work, and successful transformations. In recognition of his accomplishments and contributions to the Technology profession, Richard was inducted into the Global CIO Hall of Fame in 2020.

Jayant is a veteran Product Executive with over 20 years of expertise in building and scaling AI-driven products and organizations. Currently, he leads the Insurance product portfolio at Overjet, bringing forward advanced solutions in this field. His background includes leading product teams at Google and multiple startups, such as LeanTaaS (acquired by Bain Capital), CLARA Analytics, and Luminary Cloud. Specializing in AI applications that improve operational efficiency within healthcare and insurance, Jayant combines technical insight with strategic leadership. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, a master’s in mechanical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
