Consumerism is on the rise.

As the percentage of total dental costs increases, consumers are becoming more active and informed decision-makers. These consumers are expecting more flexibility with benefit designs and are leveraging technology to compare dental plans to find the best quality and price.

In this session, we will explore how to create the digital foundation to compete effectively in the evolving dental market and demonstrate the Javelina platform for dental administration.

What we will review during this webinar:

  • The need for integrated CRM, Benefit Plans and Billing
  • Real-Time transaction processing and data interoperability
  • Increase efficiency with Electronic Claims and high rates of Auto-Adjudication
