In 2005 LIMRA International and NADP conducted their first annual joint research study to survey group dental carriers' contact center and claims processing performance. This report, the tenth in the series, provides dental carriers with an industry-specific performance benchmark for case setup, ID card processing, and network maintenance metrics.
